Its not much but I finally got both oil pumps and vent pipe. That's not much but I'm getting closer .

Doesn't look like much but....

I got the vent tube, oil pump, carb and come refinished and nos hardware. Got a scavenger pump coming in the mail as well. The mighty u is coming along.

Took the '51 down...

I stripped the '51 down for some long needed maintenance. While it was apart I put my proper tanks on that my brother skunk helped me get. Along with some fresh krylon paint and its every 3 year washing, it turned out decent.

Why yes, my cam chest is full of oil. Thank you for noticing

Coil sheared off

My top coil bracket mount bolt sheared off. 85 mph on a pan will do that.

Got my cylinders and tappet assembly's in today. I'm getting closer now. The 1945 ul will ride again.
